Templates

  • On your UV Tix account, go to venues and select the name of the venue you want to work on:

  • Once you selected the venue it will take you to the Calander view, here all you will need to do is select the day.

  • This will take you to the Manage Items Screen, here you will need to click on the Settings tab and select Templates.

  • Once you selected the Templates tab from the dropdown it will take you to this screen were you will be able to manage you current templates or create a completely new one.

  • Click on the Templates dropdown to find the options of Managing Template Types and Adding Templates, as well as the ones you have created (if any).

  • Select Add Template - it will give you a popup screen to select Type and enter a name:

  • Make sure you have Item selected under Type, name your template and click “Add”. After that you will be taken to the Template screen again.

  • Click on the dropdown, find the template you will be working on and select it.

  • Once on the selected template you will need to add each item individually. All types of items can be added in the same template (General Admission, Free, Prepay, or Deposit).

  • Choose the Type and the Gender of the item that will be added and click on “Add Item +”

  • After you’ve clicked Add Item, having selected the Type and Gender, you will get the regular Item setup window and you can continue to fill all the information as needed.

Importing Templates

When you have Item Templates already set up, you can import them to any date you need.

  • Select a date and click on Templates.

  • Choose the option Import Templates below the Summary.

  • A popup screen will appear, select the template you wish to import from the dropdown menu and click on “Import”.

  • If you have Items present and wish to remove them, you can do so by checking the box above the Import and Close buttons.
  • All Item Categories on your template will be added to your Items on that date.

EXPORTING TEMPLATES

The same way you can create a template using the Templates tab and its options, you can do so from a day with Items.

If you have added items directly to any day, and wish to have the same layout for several days, you can save it by clicking on “Create Template”:

You will get a popup window, enter a name for your Template and click on “Create”

Now you will find it on your dropdown and are able to import it into any day.
