Editing Profile Information for your UVTix Account

On the Venue you are working on click the "venue" tab on the top and select "Profile"

The "General" section is for you can view the general information of the venue, if you want to add or edit the information just click on the "Edit" button.

  • Imput the name of the venue.
  • Urvenue ID will be autofilled when the account of uvtix is created.
  • Website of the venue.
  • Description of the venue.
  • Google map link is the embeded URL from google maps.
  • Get coordinates works once you have the embeded map link clking on the button will get the information automatically.

Rooms lets you add mutiple events for the same day, this will allow you to keep all the information (Flyer, Tickets, Packages, Promocodes.) seperate and visible on your website.

Operation Hours is to see what days you are open or closed.

  1. Day is open just stipulate what work hours the venue has. (Blue)
  2. The venue is closed that day. (Red)

Social Links is to add the social media you have for the venue.

  1. Select the type of the social media you would like to add.
  2. Input the link of the social media.

Here you can add the logo of the venue, different backgrounds of the logo is needed depending on the background of the website for it can be visible.

  1. Add a logo with a white background.
  2. Add a logo with a Black background.
  3. Add a logo with a transparent black background.
  4. Add a logo with a transparent white background.

Venue shots is to add images of the venue.

  1. Drag files here to preview photos before uploading them or clik on the choose file button under this area. Keep in mind that the image file size must be 2MB or less.
  2. This button Removes the image(s) you added to the preview box.
  3. This button Uploads the image(s) that are in the preview box.
  4. This feature allows you to view the image in full size.
  5. Deletes the image you have uploaded.
  6. With this dropdown you can select the type of image you uploaded (Example an image full of people dancing inside the venue is a "Crowd" Shot).
  7. Image ratio will be set automatically once you have chosen the image type.
  8. Once you have finished save your work.
